**About the Team**
At the core of our organization, we build complex, large-scale distributed systems that orchestrate the end-to-end real estate transaction lifecycle for our customers. As an engineer on this team, you'll work on impactful products and help shape our foundational cloud computing platform that's revolutionizing the real estate industry.
**Job Description**
We're looking for a driven Software Engineer who possesses solid technical depth and hands-on experience with modern tools and practices. You'll roll up your sleeves to design and code for infrastructure, applications, and processes, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. **Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to technical planning by blending engineering best practices with business insights.

**Requirements**
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer.
- 4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programming language (Go, Python, Ruby).
- 1+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems (including Kafka and ML pipelines).
- Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis).
- Solid understanding of app performance, monitoring, and optimization.
- Experience with tooling and building pipelines on modern CI platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
- Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design.
- A self-starter mentality with an operational focus - a natural problem-solver.
