Job Description

CyberVadis SAS is seeking an ambitious junior accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accounts payable tasks, including verifying and booking purchase invoices and credit memos
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts for month-end close
  • Verifying and booking expense reports, incl. following-up with employees/managers
  • Identifying invoices to be paid and preparing payment runs
Additional Responsibilities
  • Bank & payments tasks, including applying AP and AR payments to invoices
  • Booking bank statements and statements from payment platforms
  • Reconciling bank statements for month-end close
  • Undeposited funds reconciliation (cheques booking)
  • Clearing internal transfer accounts, incl. follow-up if needed
Fixed Assets and Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Creating fixed assets and monitoring the equipment register
  • Booking depreciation and reconciling the fixed assets register for month-end close
  • Assistance in implementing and optimizing the group purchase approval process
  • Preparing and developing reports required by internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in future projects to ensure statutory and IFRS compliance in finance, accounting, and taxes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Netsuite ERP is a plus, but not required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of SAAS operating model is a plus
  • English working knowledge is required (at least solid B2)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of gSuite and French
