Business Development Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore business opportunities in targeted regions by understanding local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive growth and establish long-term business collaborations.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals across various markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, pitch relevant products or services, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for product/service expansion and new business avenues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the success of business initiatives in each region.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business performance, market dynamics, and future outlook, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or market expansion in any of the mentioned regions.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Asia and Africa.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing high-value deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely across different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
