Job Title: RPA Developer

Job Summary:

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, VBA, SQL, and Google Scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of automation projects, including process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Deliver high-quality automations using UiPath, VBA, SQL, and Google Scripting.
  • Automate business processes in various scopes.
  • Provide high-quality solutions by following best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain existing automations.
  • Monitor and report bot performance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Increase automation awareness within the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Math, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in automating processes within a complex, large-scale environment.
  • Practical UiPath experience.
  • Hands-on VBA and Google Scripting experience.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages is a distinct advantage (Python preferable).
  • Ability to select technology from the available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient way.
  • Understanding of key functions and responsibilities of various finance tracks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
