Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Backend Engineer to join our Warsaw office, a global engineering and product development hub. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the development of our cloud-based content management platform, working on cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and own distributed services that provide performant access to user data graphs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the Content Experiences team to reimagine user experiences for metadata features, driving innovation in the Enterprise Content Management market.
  • Work with the Metadata team to add context to files, transforming them into actionable content, and enable customers to organize, discover, annotate, secure, and retain content.
  • Contribute to the development of new apps, product integrations, and frameworks to support our growing list of strategic partners and inspire the broader ecosystem of developers.
  • Participate in the development of advanced security capabilities, integrating AI into automated classification, enhancing device security posture checks, and extending security measures down to endpoint protection.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficient in Java, PHP, or Scala, with strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles, and object-oriented programming.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to assess, communicate, and complete project milestones in a timely manner.
  • Strong technical expertise, with the ability to provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices, coding standards, and complex technical issues.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with public cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects.
Work Environment
