Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions, including invoice processing, query management, and rebate settlement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial transaction processing within a shared services environment.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, or both English and German.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in invoice processing – both manually in SAP and via Open Text VIM. Familiarity with query management, rebates, settlements, travel & expenses, vendor master data, and bank verifications is a plus.
  • IT Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of IT systems, including SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • User Experience Focus: Strong user experience focus and commitment to deliver excellent service.
