We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Technical Service Organization by providing customer support and managing service orders.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to take on a leadership role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Technical Service Organization. You will be working closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  2. Service Order Management: You will work closely with our engineers to manage service order entries, handle engineer schedules, and coordinate dispatches.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: You will be required to develop and deliver reports to support key stakeholders using data and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German (other European languages are a plus).
