The estimated salary for this position is approximately 120,000 - 150,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.

This role involves leading the Group's corporate sustainability initiatives by implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy ('PRISM') by 2030. Key responsibilities include improving the Group's sustainability ratings, collaborating with various departments to identify sustainability opportunities, monitoring and reporting on key sustainability metrics, and staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.

You will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and communities, to promote sustainability and foster partnerships that drive positive social and environmental impacts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement sustainability-focused campaigns and initiatives to educate and engage internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or business (Master's preferred)
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sustainability Professional) desirable
• 5+ years in sustainability management with leadership experience
• Expertise in sustainability initiatives, frameworks, and environmental compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Decision-making, integrity, and trust
• Process management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
