Bosch offers an exciting opportunity for a Production Engineering Infrastructure Systems Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and maintain our Siemens Teamcenter application and infrastructure components.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with a focus on PLM infrastructure management.
  • This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting system performance issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation and standard operating procedures, providing technical support and assistance to end users, and implementing security measures and best practices.
  • In addition, you will contribute to projects for Siemens Teamcenter continuous application development by taking over responsibility for defined project work packages.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PLM infrastructure administrator is preferred, with knowledge of the Siemens Teamcenter application.
  • Strong knowledge of system infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking is essential.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for system administration is also required.
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
  • Open-minded, positive, and solution-oriented communication towards internal customers and end users is expected.
  • Proficiency in English in written and verbal communication (min. B2) is mandatory, with German being an asset.
