The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mammalian cell culture, immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry, and molecular biology techniques. Familiarity with High Content Screening systems and data analysis software is essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and coordinating novel high-content assays for drug screening.
- Supervising cell cultures in ongoing projects and providing hands-on support to junior scientists.
- Executing medium to high-throughput assays for drug discovery and compound characterization.
- Collaborating with other scientists to develop new scripts or analytical methods for high-content analysis.
- Performing data analysis and writing reports on research findings.
A minimum of four years of experience in an industrial environment is required, preferably with a Ph.D. in Biology or related disciplines. Strong background in cellular and molecular biology is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
