OANDA Corporation is a global FinTech company that provides innovative trading experiences, currency data and analytics solutions. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidated budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and ad hoc analysis for the business, globally. They will translate complex financial information into actionable insights to be delivered by our business partners.

We work in a hybrid model, with a mix of remote and office-based work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at the senior level, and a professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA in progress.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing monthly expense reports to business partners with relevant narrative on key variances.
  • Assisting in the development of new systems, models, and processes to support budgeting, reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Supporting the annual financial and strategic planning process, coordinating efforts across multiple functions, regions and levels.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take initiatives in improving the quality and efficiency of internal reports, including enhancing financial models and streamlining analysis and processes.
