The Senior Asset Manager (IFRS16) at Bayer AG will be responsible for the execution of Accounting Operations for R2R according to defined activity splits. This role requires a strong understanding of global accounting, controlling, and tax processes.
Main Duties:- Ensure the reliability of financial statements in accordance with accounting policy
- Implement best practices in relevant processes and ensure SAP system design aligns with group & subgroup standards
- Collaborate with key business functions to ensure proper accounting for areas of operation
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics or relevant field
- Certified tax advisor or accounting certificate beneficial
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in Accounting, Controlling, Taxes, Financial Analysis or similar fields
