This role involves driving internal communication and employee engagement across all Operations Hub locations worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in communication roles, with a focus on understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective messaging.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with 5 Communication & Engagement specialists based across the Operations Hubs.
- Managing stakeholders – engaging with leaders, HR, and other teams.
- Drafting, preparing, and distributing email announcements for internal communication.
- Producing Town Hall events.
- Organizing global initiatives (People & Planet Day, Knowledge Weeks).
- Coodinating content for internal communication channels (Viva Engage, TV screens, anniversary emails).
- Managing award and recognition programs, including budget coordination.
- Preparing internal promotional materials.
- SUPPORTING Employee Resource Groups.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Full fluency or an advanced level of English (C1) - with a focus on writing skills.
- Experience in communication roles, preferably with a focus on understanding stakeholder needs.
- Good copywriting and creative skills. A proven track record in graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- A Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Multimedia is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- A good understanding of corporate environments, their dynamics, and internal communication processes.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.).
