Our client is a leading international investment company specializing in renewable energy projects. Due to the expansion of their business, they are seeking an experienced professional for the finance department in their local structure.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in an independent position in controlling, such as Finance Manager or Financial Controller, and a strong background in financial audit. Knowledge of the renewable energy industry is not necessary, but is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and presentation of quarterly results to the Management Board
  • Reporting financial results to the Group (IFRS)
  • Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monitoring of their performance
  • Cash flow management
  • Delivering strategic insights to support decision-making
  • Ownership of year-end closing process
  • Coordinating the accounting office
  • Reporting covenants
  • Supporting the investment team with financial modeling
  • Cooperation with auditors and consulting companies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min. 10 years of experience in finance
  • ACCA Member or Certified Auditor
  • Financial audit background - nice to have
  • Knowledge of renewable energy industry - a great asset
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Openness to business travels (20-30% of time)
  • Critical thinking, proactivity, problem-solving
