We are looking for a talented Service Desk Expert to join our team at Goldman Recruitment. As a Service Desk Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing them with high-quality support and service.

You will handle a wide range of queries and requests from clients, including technical issues, product information, and general customer support. You will need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Document and track client interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a solid understanding of technical support principles and practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2)
  • Proficient in technical software and hardware
