About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Tableau. They will also have a proven track record of success as a Business Intelligence Developer - a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Utilize Tableau Prep to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and data processing to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards, Tableau Prep flows, and data connectivity
  • Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Tableau and Tableau Prep usage
  • Prepare regular and time-sensitive analytics, visualizations, and reports for risk managers and senior management
  • Synthesize and communicate complex risk exposures and metrics
  • Analyze, implement, and automate underlying data, data flows, and data controls to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Work with risk managers, businesses, modelers, and tech to design and build analytical applications
  • Focus on ensuring quality controls and assurance across different data workstreams
