We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the stable processing of applications within their scope. This involves technical features that impact operational stability. They collaborate on the entire lifecycle of applications, from requirements gathering to infrastructure design and security tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define technical requirements to ensure application stability during errors and outages, such as high availability, error handling, and restart procedures.
  • Collaborate on the technical design of applications and infrastructure/middleware for stability.
  • Identify operational vulnerabilities and push for improvements.
  • Develop and process technical tests, including performance, load testing, error handling, and restart processing.
  • Manage technical users, roles, and certificates.
  • Conduct Security Compliance checks.
  • Participate in outage analysis and communication.
  • Coordinate technical changes.
  • Evaluate and coordinate infrastructure and middleware changes.
  • Work on technical inquiries.
  • Ensure Service Management requirements are met for incidents and problems.

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency (B2 level)
  • Experience in product and operation management
  • Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., connectivity systems and databases)
