About the roleSecurity Engineering and Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures across our core IT tech stack, endpoint, and identity security infrastructure (macOS, Windows, Mobile, Okta, Google Workspace). Architect and implement comprehensive security solutions that encompass Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
Threat Detection and Response: Develop and implement advanced threat detection and response capabilities, leveraging XDR technologies to identify, investigate, and mitigate security incidents.
Security Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.
Identity and Access Management: Design and implement robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and privileged access management. Manage user identities, access privileges, and authentication mechanisms to ensure secure and authorized access to systems and data.
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE): Design and implement a SASE architecture that integrates network security, cloud security, and zero trust principles.
About youTechnical Expertise: Exceptional technical skills in cybersecurity engineering, with a deep understanding of core IT technologies, endpoint security, identity management, and network security.
Security Engineering Proficiency: 7+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing security solutions.
Security Architecture Design: Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure IT architectures with a focus on security best practices.
Threat Intelligence and Incident Response: Experience in threat intelligence analysis, incident response, and digital forensics.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in Polish and English
We work in a hybrid way and would like to catch up with you at our vibrant and colourful office in Kraków 2-3 days per week. This is an essential part of the role, as it supports collaboration and team engagement. If you're not the working-from-home type, you're of course welcome to join us in the office every day. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance to our Kraków office.
