About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced ASB Investigator to join our team at Carrington West. As an ASB Investigator, you will play a key role in investigating reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and taking enforcement action. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring residents feel safe in their communities.

1. Investigate reports of ASB: Conduct thorough investigations into reports of ASB, ensuring appropriate enforcement and prevention measures are implemented.
2. Manage casework: Manage complex casework, conduct investigations, gather evidence, and take enforcement action where necessary.
3. Provide expert advice and guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance on ASB legislation to residents, businesses, and stakeholders.

To be successful as an ASB Investigator, you will have a strong knowledge of ASB legislation, including the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014. You will also have experience in investigating ASB cases and taking enforcement action. A background in community safety, crime reduction, or working with vulnerable residents is highly desirable.
