Main Responsibilities:
\- Identify high-potential content creators relevant to a business audience, with a focus on video creators who can engage audiences effectively.
- Manage outreach to creators using various communication channels, sharing resources, best practices, and content guidelines.
- Lead onboarding efforts with creators, equipping them with strategies to maximize engagement on the platform, particularly through impactful video content.
- Provide creators with curated assets, guidance on best practices, and insights on content submission for alignment with the platform and audience standards.
- Track creator submissions, monitor engagement, and use tracking links to measure performance, ensuring seamless monitoring without duplicated outreach.
Requirements:
\- Proficiency in French language at least C1 level and English at B2 level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach, adept at connecting with creators in multiple languages.
- 2-4 years in social media management, influencer/community management, or digital brand representation.
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics, creator trends, and digital branding, especially related to video content and influencer engagement.
- Analytical ability to track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and provide strategic insights to optimize content.
