Salary

We offer competitive remuneration packages tailored to your needs. You can choose between a B2B agreement or an Employment Contract.

• B2B: A fixed hourly rate plus VAT, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your expertise.
• Employment Contract: A monthly gross salary ranging from PLN 17,000 to PLN 19,000.

Job Description

In this role, YOU will collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, software engineering, and product development) to design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications for internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, delivering impactful and innovative solutions.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and providing constructive feedback through code reviews.
• Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring the tech stack remains efficient and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Expertise in front-end technologies and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end frameworks and languages like Next.js or Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and version control tools.
• Practical knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• A degree in Computer Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong motivation and a history of driving initiatives and solving complex problems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A current residence in Poland.
