About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Software Architect to join our team in Warsaw. As a pivotal member of our core platform development team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the transformation into a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant system. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform for insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the main SaaS platform for insurance companies
- Oversee the transformation from virtual machines to a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant system
- Collaborate with global teams and Professional Services to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software
- Drive innovation and support large-scale cloud-native investments
- Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions tailored to the insurance sector
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-native architectures and microservices
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in designing and developing microservices on Azure Cloud using industry-standard patterns and practices
- Strong expertise in distributed software patterns like service discovery, circuit breakers, and continuous delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and code review processes
- In-depth knowledge of full-stack development including C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Ability to work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
