The Project Senior Specialist, Product Change role is responsible for managing business change initiatives – including product innovation, pack change, quality improvement, and limited edition projects – from initiation to implementation and launch. This position is part of our Bakery category, allowing you to work with renowned brands such as Oreo, Milka, Delicje, Belvita, San Łakotki, and Prince.
This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights, and Global Supply Chain functions to deliver projects within specified time, cost, and quality parameters.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Project Planning: Facilitating project scope definition, goal setting, task identification, resource allocation (people and costs), and risk management;
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Identifying and engaging cross-functional representatives to form a project team that delivers the project brief;
- Monitoring Project Progress and providing corrective action when necessary;
- Maintaining Project Documentation and Reporting to communicate project status, key timings, issues, and risks;
- Quality Communication with all engaged functions, including representing projects at senior forums;
- Ensuring Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning to keep projects on track, accelerate, or stop them if business needs dictate;
- Minimizing Waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) in project scopes and timing;
- Correct Product Labeling Specifications handling, Artwork process coordination, and Co-packing handling.
