Role Responsibilities
The Team Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 15 specialists in accounting customer service. This includes leading and inspiring the team, coordinating daily activities, delivering on goals, exceeding KPIs, and maintaining exceptional adherence to SLA standards. The successful candidate will also actively coach and mentor team members, promote professional growth and development, and collaborate in recruitment processes. Additionally, they will drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the implementation of automation solutions.
