We are seeking a Help Desk Manager to lead our team of technical support specialists and ensure seamless delivery of technical support services to multiple customers.

About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and oversight to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese (B2 level) and English (B2 level).
