We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team at Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical features of applications, ensuring operational stability and security.

The role involves specification of requirements, technical testing, infrastructure design, outage handling, and technical changes in infrastructure. You will also be responsible for collaborating on technical design, identifying operational vulnerabilities, and advocating for improvements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions, conducting security compliance checks, and coordinating technical changes. A strong understanding of product and operation management is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specification of requirements to ensure stable processing of business functionality in case of technical errors and outages.
  • Collaborating on the technical design of the application and the infrastructure/middleware to ensure stability.
  • Identifying operational vulnerabilities and advocating for improvements.
  • Specification and processing of technical tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
