Procurement Strategist

At Fujitsu Technology Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Consultant to contribute to the execution of our procurement strategy.

• Develop and implement effective sub-category, country, bid, and project level procurement strategies for our internal customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and execute opportunities for financial returns, maximizing value while protecting and delivering demonstrable benefits to Fujitsu's profit and loss.
• Design and implement negotiation strategies for contracts, drafting supplier contractual terms and conditions to minimize risk exposure.
• Manage key suppliers at a strategic level, ensuring an effective relationship that maximizes value while minimizing commercial and financial risks to Fujitsu.
• Maintain a deep understanding of responsible procurement practices, policies, and processes, adhering to ethical and sustainable standards.
• Understand the needs of key clients, engaging regularly with relevant stakeholders, and building strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Provide consultancy to colleagues and/or bid teams, offering innovative, responsive, and competitive input to help secure business opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics and/or IT.
• Post-graduate studies in procurement management.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, especially spend analysis systems.
• Experience in strategic sourcing of IT- and professional services suppliers, supplier market analysis, and running RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in contract review and drafting commercial clauses.
• Proven supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• International experience.
• Digital mindset with experience in numerous procurement systems and tools.
