About the Role:
This Business Operations Coordinator position will provide professional support to the global project team and the local management team. The role will focus on recruitment, financials, reporting, logistics, and communication. Key responsibilities include:
  • Recruitment and resource management: Collect recruitment requirements from global project managers and lead recruitment activities
  • Preparing MI reports, status reports, and project/portfolio data
  • Coordinating multi-portfolio projects and collaborating with other project teams

The ideal candidate will have experience in banking or finance and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in spoken and written English and possess a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Python or VBA in Excel and MS PowerPoint is an added advantage.
