About This Opportunity
This position focuses on developing our new IP alongside existing projects, such as Dying Light and our upcoming fantasy game. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing engaging gameplay mechanics in Techland's newest games.
- Collaborating with artists and designers to create cohesive game design.
- Optimizing and debugging code to meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and a proven track record of successful game development.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine's tools, workflows, and Blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Blueprints.
- Experience with optimizing game performance and debugging techniques.
- Understanding of vectors, matrices, and physics simulations.
- Background in multiplayer programming.
- A proactive approach with well-thought-out solutions.
- Cross-platform expertise.
- Passion for gaming and current market trends, particularly in FPP games.
- Knowledge of essential factors influencing game playability in FPP/TPP games.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
