Fund Operations Supervisor – Private Assets

About Your Responsibilities
">You will be responsible for the overall management of the lifecycle of Private Equity and Real Estate transactions from their inception to their final resolution. This includes setting up the necessary arrangements for counterparties and investments, receiving and instructing payments, carrying out transactional bookkeeping and ensuring the timely execution of queries both internally and externally, while actively monitoring settlements.
You will be accountable for conducting regular reviews and assessments of financial positions, identifying discrepancies, and taking prompt action to rectify them. Furthermore, you will be expected to guarantee that all necessary records and documentation are complete, accurate, and available when required for auditing purposes.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient execution of these tasks, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ability to apply sophisticated problem-solving techniques to address complex issues arising during the course of your duties.

About Your Background
To succeed in this role, you need to bring extensive experience in asset servicing or similar industries. You should have expertise in financial markets, particularly in private equity and real estate sectors. Advanced Excel skills and previous involvement in process development and implementation will be highly valued.
Able to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively, you will excel in environments requiring proactivity, adaptability, and resilience. Proficiency in multiple languages is not a requirement but would certainly be advantageous. Collaboration, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills are indispensable to achieve the required results and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
