**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Hays Poland. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on clinical studies in different therapeutic indications, ensuring that the clinical trial is conducted in compliance with study protocol and procedures.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Conduct monitoring tasks and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare regulatory and ethics submissions for approval.
  • Support contracting procedures and perform feasibilities and pre-study evaluations.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRA role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
