Financial Analyst - FATCA & CRS Compliance Specialist

At Franklin Templeton Investments Poland Sp. z o.o., we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our FATCA & CRS Oversight team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting oversight and monitoring of vendors, documenting controls, policies, and procedures, conducting partner assessments, maintaining databases of reporting entities, preparing communications to various boards, and implementing rule changes with multiple partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct oversight and monitoring of vendors to ensure compliance with FATCA & CRS regulations
  • Document controls, policies, and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Conduct partner assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Maintain databases of reporting entities to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Prepare communications to various boards to ensure effective stakeholder engagement
  • Implement rule changes with multiple partners to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

  • Experience working with external vendors, preferably Transfer Agents or Tax Advisers
  • Working knowledge of AEoI reporting, including FATCA & CRS regulation
  • Experience working with multiple jurisdictions, preferably across APAC, EMEA & Americas will be a plus
  • Process driven, with ability to communicate effectively. Team player with excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Automation tools such as VBA Macros or Power Automate will be a plus
