We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at FYST. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. You will also work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to inform process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to inform process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs to document and communicate process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.


Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, BPM) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro), Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), Data analysis (Basic SQL Queries, data aggregation and transformation, data cleaning, summarizing, and visualization), Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • High attention to detail in documenting processes, reporting, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific practices (PSP, acquiring, payment gateway) is a plus.
