Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist Leader to join our Research Team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and advancing our machine learning capabilities in the Ad-Tech industry. Your primary focus will be on developing predictive and segmentation models to optimize campaign strategy towards the most meaningful inventory, audience and ad, fraud detection, and many others.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to determine the most meaningful ad, served to the right user at the optimal time, and the best price
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Python, SQL, and Hadoop
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these algorithms into production-level software
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Maintain our products, support customers in analyzing the reasons behind the decisions made by our algorithms and look for new improvements in the process of striving for their excellence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar senior position
  • Excellent mathematical and statistical skills (statistical inference), willingness to work with large datasets
  • Very good knowledge of multiply supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques with math background and hands-on experience
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to structure a large business problem into tractable and reasonable components
  • Very good knowledge in Python, SQL, git and docker
  • XAt least basic coding skills in one of the following languages C#/Java/C/C++/Scala
