Logistics Forecaster

The Role

As a Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst at Imperial Brands PLC, you will work closely with our dynamic team in Warsaw to build and maintain accurate supply chain forecasts for our regions. Utilizing the latest technology and tools, you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing our Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analysis techniques to ensure accuracy, frequency, and granularity of data collection.
• Collaborate with the market/cluster team to ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned between stakeholders.
• Prepare data analysis and business hypotheses for the local leadership team.
• Partner with the team to drive continuous improvement and enhance the S&OP process.
• Ensure data harmonization and quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in forecasting/demand planning/supply chain is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a large, complex, and diverse organization.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
