Your Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier databases and article databases, assessing cooperation with suppliers and delivered articles.
• Maintain a database of standard items, including periodic review and assessment of procurement standards and item exchange.
• Order goods, tools, and services necessary to complete projects for clients, including non-standard items.
• Purchase welding wires and welding gases based on production plans and demand for renovation projects.
• Search for appropriate suppliers based on project specifications, including acquiring suppliers for projects outside Europe.
• Supervise a team of Purchasing Specialists in their purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company purchasing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide service and support to Operational Departments in the supply of all consumables and services necessary for the proper functioning of the company.
• Report and collaborate closely with the Head of the Finance Department to optimize costs.

Our Expectations:

• Higher education
• Professional experience in a similar position (min. 5 years)
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English; fluency in a second language is desirable (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in negotiations and project management (min. 5 years)

Working Environment:

• Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland
