We're looking for a Transformation Lead to join our team. As a Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for coaching up to two teams and empowering them to become self-organized and performant teams.

The Opportunity

  • You will help the teams improve their ways of working, efficiency, effectiveness, and work at a sustainable pace.
  • You will support the teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability, and visibility.
  • You will enable the teams to make quick and balanced decisions.

About You

  • You have at least 3 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master and 5 years of experience within product development.
  • You are experienced with various methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe.
  • You possess SAFe 6.0 Certification.
