Ingenico Group, a global leader in payments acceptance solutions, seeks a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join its team in ensuring the correctness and reconciliation of accounting entries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with experience in multinational contexts.


Main Responsibilities


  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment and perform invoice and general data entry
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
  • Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits
  • Supervise and collect accounts receivable and payable
  • Perform inventory management and cost accounting
  • Take care of monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Perform asset management
  • Ensure Intercompany reconciliation
  • Support payroll registration and reconciliation
  • Assist in the drafting of the statutory financial statement
  • Collaborate with the CFO in relations with auditors and tax consultants

Profile

You must be proficient in English and Polish, with a strong ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
