Sperasoft is a leading game development studio seeking a skilled Material Artist to enhance our project's visual appeal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality materials and textures using advanced DCC tools such as Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and ZBrush. You will also collaborate with our team to adapt textures from stock repositories like Megascans to our pipeline and ensure technical compatibility and cohesive designs.

Key requirements for this position include deep knowledge of Substance Designer, PBR, and physically based material standards, as well as high proficiency with Maya or similar software. Strong communication and mentoring skills, autonomy, and independence are also essential.
