About Your Role

As a Technical Implementation Consultant at Archdesk, you will be instrumental in helping our customers get the most out of our innovative ERP software. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to configure our software to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results. By doing so, you will become an integral part of our customers' success stories.

About The Job:

  • Configuring our ERP software to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Thoroughly analysing customer-provided data to assess its quality and readiness for implementation.
  • Providing tailored training sessions to customers on custom software configurations.
  • Empowering customers to maximize the value of our software and achieve their goals.
  • Swiftly resolving customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ongoing monitoring of customer accounts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Timely management of technical queries during the implementation process.
  • Effective collaboration with the product development and technical teams to align customer requirements with the development roadmap.
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal processes as part of the Implementation Team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in ERP/Project Management software implementation or similar fields.
  • Background in the construction industry can be beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel can enhance your performance.
  • Familiarity with basic JSON concepts is a plus, but not essential.
