We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Manual Tester to join our team in Gdansk, Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead quality assurance practices and drive quality across multiple projects.

Job Description

As a Senior QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting and Enforcing Testing Standards: Evaluating and refining our testing framework to ensure comprehensive QA strategies for UI testing in web applications.
  • Developing Test Cases and Plans: Transforming tasks and requirements into detailed test cases and success criteria for web applications.
  • Ensuring Adherence: Leading by example to ensure that team members consistently follow established QA processes and best practices.
  • Managing Multiple Projects: Overseeing the testing process for multiple projects, ensuring all integrations are secure and fault-tolerant.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of test cases, plans, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the development team and project managers to understand requirements and support testing efforts.

  • A competitive salary range of 50,000 - 70,000 PLN per month (approximately $12,500 - $17,500 USD), depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester with a strong emphasis on UI testing for web applications.
  • Technical proficiency with testing tools, such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Leadership and initiative to set standards and enforce processes.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Project management skills to prioritize and manage QA for multiple projects simultaneously.

Language Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
