Manual QA Engineer Position

We are seeking a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at MindPal in Gliwice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

The role requires a dedicated presence on-site to facilitate team collaboration and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manual tests as per our structured test plans
  • Participate in international projects
  • Take full ownership of the QA process
  • Utilize your language skills with at least a B2 level in English and C1 in Polish
  • Manage reports and essential documentation
  • Monitor project progress effectively
  • Communicate detected bugs and propose potential solutions to the team
  • Understand and apply the correct testing patterns
  • Showcase your practical analytical skills in real-world scenarios
Requirements:
  • Web Application Testing
  • Knowledge of dev tools
  • Skills in preparing test scenarios and data
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • ISTQB Certificate - nice to have
