Compliance Specialist Role

As a key member of the Compliance Department at Zelh, you will play a vital role in achieving various compliance business objectives. This challenging position requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with different departments to drive growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Audit Department to develop and implement effective audits and reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform compliance initiatives and drive business decisions.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Identify and escalate compliance issues that require formal attention, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing risk.
  • Document audit tests and findings, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Manage incoming carrier documentation, updating systems accordingly to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of critical requirements and processes for carrier updating and on-boarding, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide education and training to Echo employees on desirable and required qualifications for carrier candidates, promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Review contract revisions suggested by new carriers, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 0700-1600 CST or 0800-1700 CST.
