Marketing Manager Position at Actum Lab

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to support our senior executives in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing their execution.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and supervising marketing strategies across the Floori brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and market penetration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects, utilizing your project management skills and expertise.
  • Supervise and manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, and paid advertising.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the software industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot), website management tools, SEO practices, and digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content creation, with a focus on B2B lead magnets and audience engagement.
  • Knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), with the ability to craft compelling content and present complex ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or software industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (Figma, Atlassian stack, Slack), with the ability to integrate them into marketing workflows.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), with the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRM software (Mailchimp, HubSpot), with the ability to leverage them for targeted campaigns.
Location and Salary:

Gdańsk, Poland

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
