**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Factory Director to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from initial design to final delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, lean production, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems. They will be expected to develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals, ensure the facility meets production targets, and maintain high standards of product quality and safety.

  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental performance.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within an automotive Tier 1 company specializing in automotive electronics, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in automotive manufacturing, with additional knowledge in lean production, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
