The ideal candidate will have strong Java and core Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) development experience, as well as a solid understanding of Domain Driven Design and complex system architectures. You should also be familiar with dependency management, modern revision control systems, code review tools, and algorithms, design patterns, and data structures.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing complex, multi-layered software applications, including unit tests where required.
- Interpreting business requirements, usability feedback results, and functional specifications to make technical recommendations.
- Leveraging Domain-Driven Design to identify and define independent modules through modeling techniques.
- Maintenance of relevant technical sections in the company knowledge base.
- Analysing software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Eliminating potential risks in tasks, proposing solutions and mitigation plans when needed.
- Defining system design, architecture, and best practices for the system.
- Developing best practices to improve productivity.
- Ensuring the product is developed at a high level of code quality.
- Ability to input into planning sessions for sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
- Cooperating with Business Analysts and Product Owner Team.
