Job Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Gameplay Designer (AI), you must have:

At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in RPG/Action titles with melee-oriented combat.

Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay mechanics.

Strong understanding of programming/scripting languages used in AI design and experience with game editors and game design tools.

Experience in working with Unreal Engine 4 and/or Unreal Engine 5 and ability to iterate on AI behavior through playtesting and feedback.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on AI design and implementation.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Mentoring experience and ability to guide junior team members.

Flexibility to work in an office, hybrid, or remote setting within +/- 3 hours of the Warsaw time zone.

Passion for games and a good sense of humor and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
