We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team at 1dea. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with business teams to understand their requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage the Salesforce integration process with other internal and external systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end users.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a senior or technical lead role.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and external system integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools in the context of Salesforce.
  • Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency at level B2+
