Senior Financial Analyst, Lease Accounting Job Description

This is a senior financial analyst position that provides key financial support to the global facilities function. The role operates with multiple regions, including North America, Europe, IMEA, China, and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR/Facilities and finance associates across the globe to build out the global facilities P&L data.
  • Support developing a sustainable and systematic process for data updates.
  • Provide other support for corporate functions finance activities.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and data/system integrity.
  • Communicate across business partners, including Ecolab divisions, markets, supply chain, and functions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, GBS, or business decision support.
  • University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
  • Experience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Blackline, and CoStar.
