About the Role:
  • Support the Finance department in delivering standardization across global finance planning processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis, develop automated processes, and provide end-user support and training.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a mindset towards process improvement and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain global business performance data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in process management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Automate global financial reporting and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as process maps and user guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of progressive financial accounting and analysis experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
